As requested by the Executive Office of the US Trustees, Attorney is reminded that, to the extent Abacus grants a client a waiver of credit counseling fees, Attorney a) shall refund waived fees to the client if the client already has paid Attorney for counseling fees, or b) shall not bill the client for waived fees if the client has not already paid the Attorney for counseling fees. By clicking Submit below, Attorney hereby establishes a relationship with Provider whereby Attorney agrees to be liable for charges incurred by its clients who use Provider to complete their credit counseling course requirement.
